Unsweetened, uncoloured, unchill filtered and aged in casks until they reach their optimal maturity. Mezan represents the purest and most authentic style of the Caribbean. Distilled in double pot stills at the Diamond Distillery in Guyana in 2008 using molasses. This was then matured in ex bourbon casks and matured for 12 years to be bottled in 2020. 3
